Membership Requirements 

You must meet the following requirements to access Canine Legal Update and Opinions:

  • Current Law Enforcement
  • Current Prosecutor
  • Current Law Enforcement agency attorney; or public entity defense attorney 
  • Retired Law Enforcement
  • Private (Civilian) Law Enforcement K-9 Trainer
  • Private (Civilian) Law Enforcement Handler
  • Fire Personnel (Accelerant)
  • Search and Rescue / Cadaver Personnel

If you have ANY DOUBT about  your eligibility to subscribe please contact Terry Fleck before registering and paying.

Failure to meet the specific criteria will result in revocation of your membership and loss of your membership fees.

 

Order Processing Time

If your item(s) is in stock, we will ship your products within 2 business days. 

Shipping Charges

All products include shipping and handling in the price. 

Holiday Deliveries

Below is a list of holidays on which our shipping partner is closed. If a shipment is due to be delivered on one of these days, you can expect it to arrive on the next business day after the holiday.

Package Refusals

In the unlikely event you refuse delivery of your product, simply mark the package Return to Sender and the product will be returned. 

Missing Items

Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. In the unlikely case your shipment is missing item(s), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we may take appropriate action. Please keep all original packaging and documentation, as our shipping partner may need to inspect the package(s) for claim purposes.

Damaged Items

Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. In the unlikely case your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we may take appropriate action. Please keep all original packaging and documentation, as our shipping partner may need to inspect the package(s) for claim purposes.

Package Tracking

We will attempt to provide Shipment tracking information, depending on our method of shipping.  Tracking information may not always be available. If you need additional information about a shipment, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

Orders maybe cancelled prior to shipping. Please contact us directly to cancel any durable product purchased from this site.  All member subscriptions may be cancelled at any time during the 12 month subscription period. There are no refunds for unused portions of subscription prior to expiration.

All sales are final. No Returns or Exchanges.
