Registration Guidelines
BASIC REGISTRATION INFORMATION
To register, you must fill in all required fields. All fields are required except for those marked "optional". Before filling in a field, it is advised that you move your mouse over the blue question mark for an explanation of what is required in that field. This will prevent errors and make the registration process easier.
GOLDEN RULE: IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A WORK PHONE NUMBER AND A WORK EMAIL ADDRESS YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE APPROVED.

CURRENT LAW ENFORCEMENT

RETIRED LAW ENFORCEMENT
If you are a retired law enforcement person, you are invited to access the site. However, I must insure that you have not gone to the "dark side". Therefore, retired L.E. personnel should send me an e-mail at k9fleck@aol.com with one (1) reference, a current K-9 handler / trainer that can recommend you. I'll need that recommendation person's WORK e-mail and WORK phone number.
PRIVATE (CIVILIAN) LAW ENFORCEMENT K-9 TRAINERS
If you are a private (civilian) law enforcement K-9 trainer, you are invited to access the site. However, I must insure that you have not gone to the "dark side". Therefore, private (civilian) L.E. K-9 trainers should send me an e-mail at k9fleck@aol.com with one (1) reference, a current K-9 handler / trainer that can recommend you. FIRE PERSONNEL (ACCELERANT)
Fire personnel that are involved in accelerant K-9's are invited to access the web site. Simply provide the same information as law enforcement does, a work e-mail and work phone number.
SEARCH AND RESCUE PERSONNEL
If you are a SAR person / civilian, you may access the SAR / Cadaver K-9 update at http://www.k9fleck.org/sar/sar.html. You cannot have access to the law enforcement restricted sections.
